PLUS - I couldn't believe my eyes when on a 1 degree morning there was a scuba diver in my pool meticulously scouring every inch of the liner for a leak! What started out as a stressful concern for this senior was quickly turned into a fun and enjoyable experience with the whole team. Problem patched and in-depth explanations supplied by professional, friendly and knowledgeable experts. Relax. Just call them.

Excellent service. Initial testing was thorough and provided extensive details of leak issue and repair needs. Repairs were completed in a very professional manner with on going photos taken pre, during and after repair completion. Gave a great insight into the work conducted. Highly recommended. Great job.

I received a prompt response one day after booking a service and after eliminating any leaks in the pipes a small crack in the wall was identified as being the cause of water leaking. This now allows me to find someone to perform the repairs. I am finding this to be a task and would have welcomed any referrals to a local repairer.

Really happy with the service. Having a leak in the pool is stressful and information is confusing, however they put me at ease by asking the right questions and being clear on the steps they would go through to locate it. They then provided clear steps around remediation once the source of the leak was found. Wish I’d known about them sooner!

I’ve been utilising Australian Leak Detection service for more than 30 years for my current and previous homes, They always responded to my calls and always located my pool water leaks accurate position. However, This time I have been experiencing pool water leak. It takes me 2 Hours to refill it to the required level between 2 to 3 days every week. I called Australian Leak Detection to attend and assist to locate where the actual leak. 1/ After further testing utilising special equipments, the technicians highlighted (1) one area they think it was leaking , After digging and pool water pipes exposed, Nothing was found leaking. 2/ They came back once again for the 2nd time and preformed other testing utilising special equipment and highlighted other area and told me this is where is leaked. After digging and the pool water pipes exposed, Nothing was found leaking. 3/ I was told to change 4 valves as per the technician request before further testing it cost me $600 although the company that changed the valves told me it had nothing to do with my pool water leak at all. The Technical Manager who has thoroughly examined all the reports. He has advised the following – In conclusion, we have completed all possible testing and have identified all leaks present, as was in the most recent report. Unfortunately, there is no further testing that we can do for your pool. With respect to the Technical Manager, I didn’t agree with his comments and outcome/ conclusion because I am still continuously loosing pool water daily mainly from the Spa and my water bill/ $ cost continuously increasing. Therefore I reached out to Australian Leak Detection Daryl Whitehead (MD) Managing Director for his leadership and support to review and solve my pool leaks issues with his Technical Manager. - “Text response from MD”. Good Morning Tony Thanks for taking my call yesterday, I will organise a technician to come out and resolve your Spa Issue. Glad to hear the pool is now working perfectly, no water loss since the spa has been taken out of play. Again; I apologise for all of the back and forth, I will see this one through until the spa issue is resolved. Thank you Daryl Whitehead (MD) for your tremendous outstanding help and support in solving my pool continuous water leak. Without your diligence, hard work, leadership, I wouldn’t have been able to fix my pool water leak. Never before have I seen Managing Director so dedicated, hard working and customer focused, and yet still tenacious at the same time. You’re an inspiration to your company (Australian Leak Detection) and to all your Staff/ or Employees. Excellent work!. - You might say, Why it took the (MD) to rectify my issue very quickly. After a suspected ongoing leak for many many months- Justin was fantastic. He was highly professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He located two sources of the leak and was even able to resolve them! Wish I had called them ages ago!

We called up this company to find a leak in our pool. We booked in before Christmas and they gave us a date to come 3 weeks later. We were keeping the pool full and clean like they stated it needed to be (very hard when there is a leak in your pool). The morning of the appointment, when they should have been there, they sent a message with a new date for 2 weeks later. I called and they said they would send someone out in the afternoon. They came late, said the pool was dirty and wouldn’t be doing anything and gave us a date for 2 weeks later. The pool was clear, you could clearly see the bottom of it, they didn’t test the water at all and left. Clearly they just over booked us and didn’t have time but insisted, several times, we pay the $77 call out fee. I should send them my water bill and a days worth of pay for being home wasting our time. Extremely disappointed!
